  17. <p>    What do you do when you have the nighttime grumbellies but
  18. you live in a town where the last diner closes at 6:30 p.m.?
  19. Starving aside, you open your own place. That's what Eldon,
  20. Iowa, residents TOM and ROSEANNE ARNOLD have done. Look for
  21. Roseanne and Tom's Big Food Diner to open in January with a menu
  22. chock full of healthy treats like turkey burgers. And of course
  23. there'll be lots of Arnold memorabilia to go around. Pass the
  24. catsup!
